Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
Brown onion, garlic and mild Italian sausage in a pan with Antico® Olive oil extra-light taste.
Add sweet potato mashed and Antonella’s® Cheddar pasta sauce and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
Add to macaroni along with mozzarella and mix well in an ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and, if desired, place under the broiler until golden brown.
Substitute mild Italian sausage for chorizo.
